As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving our strategies and creating sustainable growth. You will collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact sustainability through energy reductions, as well as Lubrizol’s future success.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Create and execute strategic actions to lead and further develop/implement Lubrizol’s plan for Immersion cooling within the computing industry.
• Build and develop internal team capabilities.
• Develop and refine Lubrizol’s value proposition to ensure Lubrizol is recognized as an industry leader.
• Create engagement opportunities that translate into activity plan.
• Grow revenue.
• Develop business unit for immersion cooling.
• Develop team and manage performance.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:

• Advanced degree (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
  • Specialization in IT, Chemistry, or Business preferred
• Commercial leadership and acumen
• People leadership
• Ability to collaborate and influence across functions
• Experience in new business development
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience in the IT industry with an emphasis on immersion cooling preferred
