Job Summary

Elevate the game-day experience! As a General Manager of Concessions, you will oversee all aspects of concessions operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional service. You will lead a team, manage inventory and financials, and implement innovative strategies to drive sales while maintaining Levy’s high standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food & beverage or concessions management
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and inventory management
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in foodservice

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all concessions operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to uphold service standards
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
• Implement strategies to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source quality products
• Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify improvement areas
