Senior Manager, GBS - FP&A Global Excellence

<h2><u>Job Description</u></h2><p>As <b>Senior Manager, GBS - FP&amp;A Global Excellence</b>, you will be a key member of the GBS Finance organization, driving operational excellence, standardization and transformation across FP&amp;A processes globally. You will report and support the FP&amp;A Global Process Lead in defining the strategic roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, implement best practices and ensure consistency in financial processes. Your role will span policy development, tool optimization and the identification of GBS expansion opportunities, with a strong focus on efficiency and value creation.<br/><br/> </p><p><b><u>What's on the Menu?</u></b></p><p></p><p><u>1. Strategic Partnership &amp; Transformation</u></p><ul><li><p><b>Collaborate closely with the FP&amp;A Global Process Lead to develop and execute the FP&amp;A strategy within GBS;</b></p></li><li><p><b>Provide thought leadership on process innovation, future operating models and transformation priorities;</b></p></li><li><p>Analyze industry benchmarks and internal performance data to recommend improvements that align with company objectives<b>;</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>2. Service Delivery &amp; Stakeholder Management</u></p><ul><li><p><b>Design, lead and implement standard global FP&amp;A processes, templates and best practices across business units and regions;</b></p></li><li><p><b>Drive harmonization efforts in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis;</b></p></li><li><p>Support and maintain global process documentation, SOPs and training materials;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>3. GBS Expansion &amp; Continuous Improvement</u></p><ul><li><p><b>Identify and assess opportunities for further migration of FP&amp;A activities into the GBS model;</b></p></li><li><p><b>Support transition planning and operational readiness for new GBS deployments;</b></p></li><li><p>Assist continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>4. Policy Design &amp; Governance</u></p><ul><li><p><b>Define and implement global FP&amp;A policies and ensure alignment with corporate finance standards;</b></p></li><li><p>Establish controls and governance frameworks to monitor adherence and compliance to FP&amp;A processes;</p></li><li><p>Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit and Controllers to ensure consistency across policy execution;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>5. Technology, Tools &amp; Ownership</u></p><ul><li><p>Act as a functional owner (when applicable) or co-owner of FP&amp;A tools (e.g. planning systems, reporting platforms);</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with IT, Digital Finance and external vendors on tool enhancements and issue resolution;</p></li><li><p><b>Champion automation and digital solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload;</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Recipe for Success: Apply now if this sounds like you!</b></p><p><u>1. Education</u></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;</p></li><li><p>Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or Finance certification (CFPA, CFA, CPA, CMA) are plus;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>2. Experience</u></p><ul><li><p>10+ years in FP&amp;A, Corporate Finance, Business Controllership, Process Excellence or any Finance related area;</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in managing FP&amp;A processes and service delivery within a GBS or shared services environment;</p></li><li><p>Strong background in leading global initiatives regarding process design, preferably within a multinational food or consumer goods company;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>3.
