About the role

 

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Minimum 15+ Years of experience in leading technical roles in Oil and Gas digital technology and information solutions stack.
• Strong understanding of Asset Information Management, document management systems, 3D realty Capture technologies (Laser scanning/Photogrammetry), Point Cloud data, 3D Modelling, P&ID Tag Management, Digital Twin/Engineering Platforms, and mobility solution stack.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas domain, Functional workflows with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well versed with application suites such as Smart Plant (Foundation, P&ID, Electrical & Instrumentation, 3D/PDS), AVEVA (E3D, P&ID, Engage etc), Bentley (Auto plant P&ID, 3D). Oracle and MS SQL database
• Collaborate with Customer to define the strategic direction of the digital twin program and lead consulting & implementation programs.
• Collaborate and interact with internal and external stakeholders, partners, technology providers, and vendors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, data analysts, and developers to design, build, and deploy digital twins across different domains.
• Carry out requirement gathering, gap analysis, carrying out Proof of Concepts, developing project implementation roadmaps, and providing guidance and expertise in digital twin implementation projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end life cycle of digital twin projects including scoping studies, planning, resource planning, project governance, and vendor coordination.
• Establish and enforce best practices, maintain established compliance to guardrails, testing, and validation ensuring integrity, correctness, and scalability.
• Foster and extend learning and innovation through continuous training to stakeholders and empowering continuous improvement to realize the benefits of digital twin implementation

 

 

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ Process/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science
