As a Software Engineering Group Manager within PNC’s Lending RTB organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH or Dallas, TX. or Birmingham, AL or Jackson, FL or Downers Grove, IL or Philadelphia, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

• This is a Production Support position which includes many nights and weekends and being on call 7x24 to support the operation.
• Experience managing Infrastructure drift between multiple environments.
• Support will include collection and payment functions. Operational knowledge of these business functions is a plus.
• Experience in Situational leadership managing technical issues guiding a team through recovery.
• Effective communication techniques.
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Big Panda.
• Experience in managing Operating Systems upgrades such as Linux, Widows, Oracle, SQL
• A great understanding of risk controls and compliance standards to goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop meaningful relationships across technology and business teams.
• Strong background in troubleshooting and remediation techniques.
• Ability to manage and drive priorities across several groups.
• Strong sense of ownership, and ability to instill that sense of ownership across the team.

• Oversees the development and implementation of multiple, complex, organization-wide systems .
• Allocates and ensures resource arrangements during the application development life cycle .
• Maintains relationships with clients to ensure the implementation quality of application systems .
