Role: Executive Director - Technology (CTO)
Location: New York
Salary: $220,000 - $240,000 Per Year
This is a great opportunity to join a leading Global Capital Markets Consulting, Managed service and Technology Partner.
As an Executive Director of Technology (CTO), the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Query Management Application (QMA) Development team. QMA is a communication management tool aimed at solving the growing burden of business communication, such as high volumes, time spent on communication, multiple channels, and lack of transparency.
The platform architecture is based on a back-end data processing layer and an application layer. The team are responsible for all elements of the software development life cycle including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support of the platform.
Requirements
The Role and Responsibilities
In this C-Suite role, you will drive our technology product roadmaps architecture, and management of the QMA (Query Management Application) platform. You will will lead a global team across the U.S, U.K and India.
This role is suitable for an experienced Executive Director of Technology / CTO / Product Director.
Skills and Experience
As an experienced Technology Director, you will have:
- Strong leadership experience in the technology/product sector.
- Developed product roadmaps and created technology strategy
- Strategic, commercial and with an enthusiastic approach to building solutions and generating growth
- Building meaningful relationships with key strategic customers around the world
- Familiarity with agile software development processes
- Comfortable leading and engaging in highly technical discussions with customers and internal teams
- Created budgets, cost controls, and forecasting.
- Understanding of Financial Services products and client lifecycle matters.
It would be great if you have:
- Background in FinTech / Financial services – Highly desirable
Project Tech Stack:
- Tech Stack: Angular UI, React, HTML, Java mail, API/ Exchange Web Service, Core Java, Advance Java, REST web service, Spring boot micro service, API Gateway, Kafka and Mongo Db
- Test Driven Development (TDD) / Business Driven Development (BDD)
- DevOps (CI/CD)
