Senior Process Engineer

<p><b>Job Purpose</b>: Your role will be to support/ lead the implementation of capital engineering projects and new product introductions through the entire project lifecycle from concept design to operational handover. The job holder will provide technical expertise to ensure that systems and equipment are installed, commissioned and qualified to Pfizer’s and regulatory specifications.</p><p></p><p><b>Role Requirements:</b></p><p>The role requirements are outlined below, with suitable candidates requiring the experience and attributes specified to meet role responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Generation and execution of commissioning/ qualification/ verification protocols for new/ modified process equipment and new/ modified process automation control recipes (DeltaV).</li><li>Ensure schedule adherence and project deliverables are achieved, working closely with OpU, Program Leads and Stakeholders, displaying the ability to meet challenging timelines within the constraints of Plan of Record, through a pro-active mindset and demonstrated innovative thinking approach to work around these, and other constraints.</li><li>Strong commissioning and validation experience for active involvement in the C&amp;Q phases and Delta V, with on-the-floor presence, bringing the different teams along.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships, systems, workstreams with your corresponding Capital Portfolio owners and all the different Operational Units.</li><li>Experienced in managing capital and cashflow project, and work with capital/PM teams to manage cashflow and capital.</li><li>Mindset of flexibility and fluidity to work and lead different work cells through challenging and varied project types in an ever-changing landscape.</li><li>Manage, when applicable, the relationship with the A&amp;E/Construction Management / external vendors teams through respective phases of a project.</li><li>Excellent planning and project management skills.</li><li>Effective motivator and communicator, a demonstrated ability to effectively influence at all levels, with a history or creating good working relationships with all departments and ability to see from all perspectives, from the OpU to other engineering departments and to other non-engineering disciplines.</li><li>Embed a safety culture within the engineering team during all phases of the project lifecycle.</li><li>Capable of working independently, in a well-structured manner while maintaining good communication with stakeholders &amp; vendors.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education &amp; Experience Requirements</b>:</p><ul><li>Degree in an engineering or similar discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience from biotechnology or pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience with NPIs and equipment upgrade projects is an advantage.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and proactively respond to business needs.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in good documentation practice.</li><li>Experience in equipment qualification execution.</li></ul><p>  <br/>Work Location Assignment: On Premise</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Additional Information</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>In order to be considered for this position in Ireland you need to be legally eligible to work in Ireland.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Please note there is no relocation support available for this position </span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span>​</span></span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>How to apply</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Make a difference today, all suitable candidates should apply with CV below.  We are looking forward to hearing from you!</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span>​</span></p><p><u><span>Purpose</span></u><span>  </span></p><p><span><span><b>Breakthroughs that change patients' lives</b>...
