Decision Support Analyst

Assists clients with business solution definition as well as campaign management and business intelligence tools and/or processes through all or some of the following ways: • Fully understands details of client's data and Acxiom's marketing capabilities, ensuring clients receive accurately segmented, cleansed, formatted and ready-to-market data. • Executes and analyzes decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness. • Provides data, analysis and recommendations to support multiple technical operations and ensure client satisfaction. • Researches, trouble shoots, administers application administration, conducts application user training, and code changes.

• Implements and analyzes decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.
• Provides data, analysis and recommendations to support multiple technical operations and ensure client satisfaction!
• Researches, trouble shoots, coordinates application administration, conducts application user training, and code changes.

Duties and responsibilities

• Point of contact for clients, defining business solutions and managing campaigns using business intelligence tools, ensures compliance with service level agreements through post-production audits.
• Leads and handles complex campaigns, ensuring client deliverables and campaign execution meet specifications.
• Analyzes data to measure campaign efficiency, operations performance, and customer happiness!
• Acts as internal authority in campaign processes, driving client relationships, standard methodologies, and process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of solution management.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Specific Industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to own / drive communicate with clients and internal team members – answering sophisticated questions, resolving issues, conducting research for client marketing team including marketing management.
• Attention to detail, meaningful to supervise and audit.
