Lead Product Manager

Chipper is the largest mobile cross-border money transfer platform in Africa. We are a small passionate team, dedicated to expanding financial inclusion in some of the global regions most in need of accessible, interoperable, easy-to-use, and affordable financial services.

We’re looking for an experienced product manager to partner with our engineering, design, legal and operations teams to formulate solutions to the complex challenges of our rapidly growing marketplace. 

Responsibilities

• Perform business and financial analysis of company's business model to make recommendations for organizational changes to better position company products in the
  market. 
• Present analysis and recommendations in reports on strategic business planning issues to senior management team detailing new procedures, systems, and organizational changes needed.
• Analyze financial data and various product and business metrics to documented outcomes and ideas to develop product solutions.
• Set a long term product strategy by developing a business road map that provides all internal stakeholders a clear idea of the company's goals for the product and the required steps to accomplish those
  goals.
• Document business plans and proposing changes to the company's business model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Bus. Admin/Finance/Mgmt/or related + 4 yrs. exp
• Jobsites: San Francisco, CA and New York, NY. Telecommuting permitted. Various unanticipated
  worksites. 5-10% travel req.
• Salary Range: $182,700.00-$215,250.00 per year
