You will:

• Lead with purpose by managing and growing a thriving private duty program that enhances the quality of life for our residents.
• Deliver expert care through nursing assessments and skilled services that support wellness and independence.
• Collaborate across disciplines as a valued member of the campus leadership and integrated care team.
• Inspire excellence by guiding the IHS team in delivering compassionate, customer-focused care.
• Build trusted relationships with residents and families to tailor services that empower their success.
• Drive growth through strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to expand the program’s reach and impact.

What You Bring

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• A minimum of two years of leadership experience, ideally in a private duty, healthcare or similar care environment
• A strong commitment to professional standards and best practices in home care
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• A self-motivated, dependable work ethic with minimal supervision required
• Flexibility and reliability in meeting the evolving needs of residents and the program

Salary: $85,000-90,000/year + Annual bonus
