Here’s Where You Come In 

The Employee Benefits Strategist is responsible for consistently delivering an experience that is deliberately designed to make our clients more successful in their strategy, more knowledgeable of/in their people and more comfortable with the decisions they have available. You will be responsible for augmenting our production force by sharing our HUB Value Proposition to deliver quality employee experiences for our prospects and future customers. You will be the part of the team that helps our clients connect the dots in strategic meetings, using our proprietary software platform and your experience to clarify a client’s current position and preview what is ahead. 
 
Reporting to the HUB Employee Benefits Practice Leader, this position is best filled by a passionate employee benefits expert with a flair for communication. You will be the bridge between heady technical information and the “what can I do next” execution steps for a client.
