What you will do

• Directs, operates and administers travel programs for Optasia Group Business
• Making travel arrangements for employees, senior executives and clients (tickets/accommodation/visa)
• Administer, manage and monitor travel policies, guidelines and budget in order to ensure efficient and risk free corporate travels
• In charge of analyzing data and using it to streamline and improve future travels
• Developing strategic policies and programs for corporate travel
• Monitor the travel expenses, data mgt and prepare monthly reports
• Managing Zoho travel account; dealing with Zoho support
• Reports to Asset Director

What you will bring

• 3-5 years of experience in a travel agency
• Target oriented mindset
• 24/7 availability
• IATA diploma/English
