Job Description

As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the internal teams, lenders, and technology vendors on methods and processes for API development, distribution methods, and support activities, as well as supporting the API engagement opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, managing, or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and staff managers.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE


The API Program Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Fannie Mae’s API Program from a business perspective.
  • Lead executive level meetings and manage cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution of the API Program Strategy.
  • Review and provide advice on customer and technology vendors relationships across business units and/or customer accounts, and strive to do what's right to drive the right mix of business to Fannie Mae.
  • Identify executives, managers, and team members to support customer/technology vendor relationships.
  • Advise team on promoting and selling Fannie Mae's products and services to make sure people across the country have access to affordable financing opportunities.
  • Lead, drive and provide support for operational activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations to the team.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • At least 6 years of relevant program management experience
  • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and processes
  • Expert experience in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging, easy to understand, and drives impactful decisions
  • Experience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work towards a common goal
  • Aptitude for technology and experience working with technical teams
  • Experience with Powerpoint, Excel, and Salesforce CRM


Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • PMP Certification
