The award-winning North American Advisory practice is an international business spanning the US and Canada. It has over 60 people servicing passenger rail, aviation and surface transportation infrastructure clients in the public and private sectors. Our advice ranges from strategic decision-support to senior staff and c-suite regarding transactions and visioning studies to detailed demand modelling and data analysis to underpin decisions and work on projects and programs like Link21 in the Bay Area.

How this role contributes to our sustainable growth trajectory
Accountability and growing a resilient client portfolio. This role is accountable for the performance of a 60-person business measured across client, people, operations and financial targets. Supported by Operations Managers, business delivery functions and reporting into a Company Executive Director, you will lead growth in the business by deploying your experience and enabling and inspiring project teams across the USA and Canada. The project portfolio you will lead spans public and private clients including those involved in passenger railroad operators, Municipal Planning Organizations, P3 investors and toll road/managed lane developers, aviation and new mobility.
Leading a distributed and collaborative team. Our Advisory practice is distributed across 9 offices in North America. You will lead a team that services our clients in collaborative teams comprised of North American and international people. Essential to sustainable growth is the need to remain networked throughout the North American region and internationally. This flexibility in our resourcing is a key differentiator for our clients and our international perspective results in differentiated and impartial advice that our clients are increasingly valuing.
