Sales Support Specialist (Spare Parts)

• You are responsible for spare parts quotation and order processing;
• You will create and process spare parts quotations and orders based on customer or dealer enquiries;
• You will clarify delivery dates and create order confirmations;
• You will also monitor and edit customer master data in CRM and SAP;
• You coordinate with other specialist departments and are in regular contact with our customers.

Your skills

• Education or work experience in an area related to sales support, technical knowledge desirable;
• Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation;
• Knowledge of German at a minimum level of B1, both spoken and written; English language skills additionally welcome;
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office;
• Independent and organized work style, ability to work under pressure;
• Initiative, flexibility and strong social skills.
