Job Description

THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN...

Eurowag operates large portfolio of cards. Fuel cards are an ideal way to control the costs associated with refuelling. So called Open loop cards are supporting clients within emergency usage where Fuel cards can´t be used (e.g. accommodation, fines, ferries, breakdown, travel expenses). In this position you will support product and feature improvements and maintenance of our Open loop cards, monitoring and prevention system, investigate and supports the life cycle of cards.  

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Participation in card management agenda and its product and features development.
• Cooperation with local offices across EU in maintaining monitoring system as same as legal prerequisite for registration.
• Cooperation with the authorities such as banks, card associations and card processors.
• Client pre- validation, cross checks and registration. 
• Preparation reports and statistics, competitive analysis.
• Providing ideas and feature request for product development.
• Following company and individual KPI and SLA.
• Managing incidents and ticket associated with it.
• Ensure delivery of assigned tasks in requested time, scope, quality.

Qualifications

YOU'LL NEED:

• Secondary school degree / vocational certificate with graduation.
• Be able to communicate in English and Czech languages on daily base.
• Ability to work with IT systems Office, CRM, NAV, Power BI, SAP.
• Passion for Product improvements.
• Ability to perform in multicultural and fast changing environment.
• Honest and driven by the same values as Eurowag Group.
• Self-organized, self-driven and highly independently manage own performance.
• Emotional intelligence.
