We are looking for a Billing Operator to join our team.

Опис вакансії

• Monitor and track incoming payments from PSPs, ensuring timely processing;
• Communicate with PSPs on technical issues and resolve transaction discrepancies;
• Identify and troubleshoot product-side transaction issues;
• Collaborate with other departments;
• Conduct daily reviews and oversight of transaction flows;
• Regulate payment flow and respond promptly to changes impacting its functionality.

Кваліфікації

• Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and attention to detail;
• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian;
• Excellent communication;
• Analytical mindset, effective time management skills;
• Interest in financial technologies;
• Willingness to work night shifts;
• English at the B1 level will be a plus.
