If you have a solid background in QA with a strong focus on the artistic aspects of video games and are excited about working on multiple projects, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Daily Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting comprehensive testing of video games, focusing on artistic aspects like animations, 3D models, textures, visual effects, UI, and overall graphical style.</li><li>Identifying and reporting bugs related to these artistic aspects and verifying their resolution.</li><li>Developing and verifying detailed checklists specifically designed for testing individual game elements from an artistic perspective.</li><li>Ensuring checklists encompass all critical graphical and visual aspects of the game, continuously updating them as the game evolves.</li><li>Collaborating closely with development and art teams to ensure the game aligns with artistic and technical specifications.</li><li>Providing constructive feedback on the artistic aspects of the game and supporting the development team in resolving related issues.</li><li>Documenting testing processes, reporting bugs, and creating and maintaining test documentation for the game, keeping it organized and accessible to other team members.</li><li>Testing the performance and stability of the artistic elements in upcoming products.</li><li>Analyzing data and managing risks related to the game's graphics and style.</li><li>Working on different platforms, ensuring artistic integrity is maintained across all.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in video game testing, with a focus on artistic aspects.</li><li>Experience in creating and verifying detailed test checklists, documenting testing processes, and reporting bugs.</li><li>Proven ability to identify and report bugs related to the game's graphics and style.</li><li>Experience with 3D modeling software</li><li>Knowledge of optimization process for art assets</li><li>Experience in collaborating with different teams, providing constructive feedback.</li><li>Being a team player with strong communication skills.</li><li>Excellent understanding of video games and their artistic components.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and systematic work approach.</li><li>Attention to detail and precision in work.</li><li>Fluent English.</li><li>Passion for video games and digital art.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong><br/> (Please note that these skills are not required to apply for the position)</p><ul><li>Experience in testing games on various platforms (PC, consoles, VR).</li><li>Understanding of UI/UX design principles.</li><li>Basic knowledge of middlewares used in gamedev industry.</li><li>Project management skills and experience in leading projects.</li></ul><p><strong>Please note that for this position, a link to your portfolio or work samples is required.</strong></p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Working mode</strong></p><ul><li>Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw office for a minimum of 3 days per week.</li></ul><p><strong>Perks &amp; Professional Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours — start your workday anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.</li><li>A welcome pack filled with goodies — to help you feel right at home once you join the team.</li><li>Trainings, lectures and courses — internal workshops, external training for each employee, ‘Meet a star’ events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
