✍️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care in line with regulatory standards and JumpstartMD protocols, including medical weight management, hormone replacement therapy, and cardiometabolic health optimization.
• Mentor and develop Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, promoting clinical excellence and adherence to JumpstartMD’s care protocols.
• Foster an accountable workplace culture that encourages innovation and teamwork, aligned with JumpstartMD’s mission and values.
• Optimize Standard Operating Procedures for enhanced patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Model exceptional patient interaction and actively participate in leadership and educational meetings.
• Provide support to staff for clinical inquiries and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies.
• Address significant operational issues with the Chief Medical Officer or Director of Clinical Operations as needed.

🥼 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Endocrinology or Gynecology specialty highly preferred.
• Valid California MD license.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• Background check clearance.
