Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer feedback analytics and reporting.
• Assist in administering global staff recognition awards, working with cluster HR partners.
• Assist in planning, developing and executing relevant campaigns/initiatives (e.g. Ascott Moments Week) to drive and build branded service culture.
• Review and update standards and guidelines.
• Manage customer feedback via CR mailbox and ECMS.
• Provide administrative support for POP properties (ECMS/GSS and Shiji ReviewPro ORM)
• Assist team in adhoc projects or tasks when required.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing Communications or Social Science or Hospitality Management (with a module in data analytics).
• Comfortable working with numbers/data.
• A passion/heart for service and enjoys working with people.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint), and experience in creative work (e.g. poster design, video) would be helpful.
