Lead as a AI Engineer on the Fraud Team, innovative AI and ML strategies to combat fraudulent activities. Your expertise in Statistics, Deep Learning, NLP (Natural Language Processing), Computer Vision, LLM (Large Language Model), and GenAI will be crucial in this role.Key Responsibilities:·         Design and implement sophisticated algorithms and systems to identify and prevent fraud and abuse in a scalable way.·         Research and integrate the latest advancements in AI and ML to enhance the robustness and effectiveness of fraud detection/prevention systems.·         Develop real-time, large-scale solutions to protect users and ensure platform integrity.·         Collaborate with data scientists, security experts, and software engineers to create a secure digital environment.·         Apply innovative technology to address and mitigate online fraudulent activities.Qualifications:·         Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Electrical Engineering), or a Bachelor's degree in these fields with relevant work experience.·         Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.·         At least 3 years of experience in developing AI/ML algorithms using Statistics, DL, NLP, CV, and GenAI, with a focus on fraud detection and prevention.·         Proven track record of successfully implementing AI-based strategies to combat online fraud and abuse.·         Deep understanding of online fraud activities, including bots, ATOs, phishing, theft, and misuse.·         Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and SQL, and experience with processing and handling semi/unstructured data.·         Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills to improve multi-functional collaboration.·         Ability to stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI/ML, DL, NLP, CV, and cybersecurity.·         Strong software engineering experience and familiarity with sophisticated AI/ML tools and popular LLM frameworks such as AutoGen, LangChain/LangGraph, and CrewAI.·         Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Git workflows, and Agile processes, and the ability to deploy AI/ML solutions with RESTful APIs using containers and VM.·         Proficiency in diverse data technologies and ETL/ELT tools including Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, MongoDB, and Neo4j, is preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,600 -- $286,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
