POSITION SUMMARY:

Our supply chain operations team is responsible for the day-to-day planning, scheduling, direct material purchasing, inventory management and inventory accuracy for the expanding Cottage Grove, MN Procurement.  We are seeking a supply chain analyst to help improve our business process, increase our efficiencies, and expand our KPI dashboards.  Candidate must be local to the MN area as no relocation assistance is available. VISA SPONSORSHIP: At this time, we are not sponsoring candidates for work authorization in this position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain(plan, source, make, deliver)
• Provides a high degrees of procurement analysis to support decision making to help optimize material inventory and availability for production
• Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, Utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners
