- Ensure the smooth, clean, and organized operation of equipment and upkeep of the saw area

- Handle castings with the utmost care and attention to detail

- Assist with wheelabrate and other processes when needed

 - Previous vertical band saw experience

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
