Your New Role

You will be joining our WarnerMedia Corporate Social Responsibility in a temporary capacity. Please note this is a contract opportunity that will be payrolled through a 3rd party staffing provider.

The job will be remote but could require periodic visits to Burbank and Culver City offices.

Your Role Accountabilities

Help plan and deliver employee-focused CSR initiatives, including:

• (LA): Attend events, liaise with non-profit orgs to identify service projects, coordinate employee signups, communicate and coordinate with employee volunteer project leaders
• (LA, Atlanta, NY): logistics, planning, communications, onsite delivery
• Manage Client Action below-the-line skills training program, working with nonprofit partners to find and place candidates on Client productions (with agency support)
• Provide support to Sr. CSR Director on Client Network initiatives, 
• Day-to-day management for CSR Education initiatives as needed
• Provide CSR support for range of issues and activities: researching & recommending nonprofits, building decks/one pagers etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and   2 years of relevant experience in the media landscape. 
• Must have strong   organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
•  Production / film experience strongly preferred
•  Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT), Airtable, Google Docs
• Mid-level, project management experience.
• Excellent communication, organization and writing skills.
• Highly preferred social impact / CSR experience or have worked at a major media company
