Your Area of Responsibility:

• In your role, you will support the experienced finance and administration team in accounting matters and, after an induction phase, take on a variety of tasks in a secure and innovative environment.
• Ensure financial accounting for our Austria & Slovenia F&A team (accounts payable, banks, assets, general ledger)
• Registering and checking accounts assignment and posting of travel expense reports
• Processing of payment transactions and dunning procedures
• Customer credit management and account reconciliation
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements and with audits and internal audits
• Tax office and statistical reports
• Ensure Fleet management responsibilities per company internal policy

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience as an accountant in a multinational company
• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting or similar
• Intermediate + level of English and German
• Ability to interact professionally across borders, cultures, and management levels
• Very good professional knowledge of Excel
• Advanced knowledge of other Microsoft tools
• In-depth knowledge of SAP-FI and/or SAP-CO and/ or other ERP systems
