About the job you’re considering

Seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in cellular and modem testing, Android device troubleshooting, and program management. The ideal candidate should be proficient with ADB, Google G-Suite tools, and possess strong analytical skills to triage and analyze complex device issues.

Your role

• Support Carrier Team with tracking, documenting, cross functional coordination and driving new features, test and other initiatives.
• Maintain and track schedule/progress for various initiatives for mobile devices
• Create/update/organize documents and decks for record keeping and sharing with other teams
• Bug tracking: Open, track and update issues and feature requests and internally follow up with other teams to closure
• Run simple tests to validate new features, flows and document them as needed 

Your skills and experience

• Cellular and Modem Testing Experience
• Solid hands-on experience with program management, device testing
• Hands-on experience with android devices
• Familiarity with Google G-Suite apps: Sheets, Docs, and Forms.
• Good understanding of the industry (Smartphones, smart watches, 3GPP technologies, etc.)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, and proficiency in multitasking
• Troubleshooting device issues, triage and high level log analysis would be a plus
