Role: Program Analyst
Location: Kirkland WA - Onsite

About the job you’re considering
Seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in cellular and modem testing, Android device troubleshooting, and program management. The ideal candidate should be proficient with ADB, Google G-Suite tools, and possess strong analytical skills to triage and analyze complex device issues.
Your role
- Support Carrier Team with tracking, documenting, cross functional coordination and driving new features, test and other initiatives.
- Maintain and track schedule/progress for various initiatives for mobile devices
- Create/update/organize documents and decks for record keeping and sharing with other teams
- Bug tracking: Open, track and update issues and feature requests and internally follow up with other teams to closure
- Run simple tests to validate new features, flows and document them as needed
Your skills and experience
- Cellular and Modem Testing Experience
- Solid hands-on experience with program management, device testing
- Hands-on experience with android devices
- Familiarity with Google G-Suite apps: Sheets, Docs, and Forms.
- Good understanding of the industry (Smartphones, smart watches, 3GPP technologies, etc.)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, and proficiency in multitasking
- Troubleshooting device issues, triage and high level log analysis would be a plus
