Senior Director, Program Delivery (Health+)

We are seeking a Senior Director, Program Delivery to join our growing Health+ Business Unit. This leader shares our passion for innovation in healthcare and understands the role that digital plays in defining the future of healthcare access, engagement and outcomes. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience delivering a variety of complex digital marketing and consumer experience initiatives, have deep expertise in agile methodologies, have experience with enterprise PMO design and management, and have exceptional communication skills at all levels of a client organization from executive leadership to project delivery teams.
You will partner across a diverse Bounteous ecosystem of sales (growth), customer success (client service), and practice teams to bolster our value proposition and enable a coordinated go-to-market strategy. You will also engage with senior executives as an ambassador for our industry vision. You will galvanize integrated multidisciplinary teams around our client's mission and strategic objectives and how the work we do at all levels drives our clients business forward. This high-visibility role reports to the Managing Director of our Health+ Business Unit.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the performance of the Health+ Business Unit program/project portfolio ($40+MM) and engage directly to address any performance issues that arise
• Support long-term growth by partnering across Practices (service lines) to drive Health+ Business Unit delivery excellence
• Facilitate the planning, coordination, and management of client engagements, including global engagements, with support from key Health+ Business Unit leadership
• Lead the project and program management teams with strong delivery expertise across all types of initiatives
• Ensure project team members working within the Health+ BU are adhering to Bounteous delivery standards 
• Ensure delivery of client’s desired outcomes to nurture long-term partnerships
• Proactively support successful execution of large-scale and complex programs across all Practices
• Assess Bounteous program management processes, templates, and collateral, and lead efforts to improve, evolve, develop, and/or upskill the team based on retrospective feedback and results
• Ensure that client engagements are structured for delivery success and support delivery teams throughout project/program execution
• Facilitate resolution of issues within client programs and coordinate involvement of other practice leaders, as necessary
• Drive achievement of client engagement and Health+ BU utilization goals
• Work closely with pursuit teams to weave a compelling story that showcases Bounteous’ industry, service lines, agile delivery and Co-Innovation expertise
• Coach our project and program managers to be growth minded and to look and listen for opportunities that may drive growth within the account
• Support the definition and validation of project estimates and SOWs
• Partner with the Health+ Business Unit leadership team to achieve stated Business Unit OKRs, including revenue growth targets and contribution margin objectives
• Leads the effort within the Health+ Business Unit to attract, retain, and develop best-in-class project and program management professionals distributed across North America (Mexico, Canada, US) and Global locations (India)
• Coach and mentor Program Delivery team members, supporting their growth and development across project and program management techniques, agile / SAFe, global delivery, co-innovation, industry verticals, and digital marketing service offerings
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning to gain a deeper understanding of platforms, service offerings, industry verticals, etc.
• Provide program management and agile delivery thought leadership within the Health+ Business Unit and across the company
• Collaborate and influence effectively across a matrixed environment, garnering and inspiring Health+ Business Unit and Practice buy-in and alignment
• Lead in the development of a diverse, inclusive and equitable team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of project delivery experience with progressively increased responsibility
• 10+ years of experience in the following industry verticals: Healthcare, Energy, Education, Public Sector  
• Experience delivering a large and complex program portfolio in an agency / client-facing role
• Experience working with Global teams including LATAM and APAC
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to non-technical audience
• Excellent listening, presentation skills, and negotiation skills preferred
• Strong client management/consultative experience both presenting and resolving issues
• S
