What you'll do
The Learning + Org Effectiveness Business Analyst is responsible for establishing ROI and impact metrics for critical organizational effectiveness programs, strategic initiatives, and business transformation projects. This role will drive data informed decision making, drive prioritization of work across the L+OE organization and establish business operational metrics. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of business processes, and a passion for leveraging data to enhance employee development and organizational performance. You will be adept at working across the organization and company at all levels to drive sustainable change and impact.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Learning and Organization Effectiveness.
Responsibility
Provide analytical and project management support for key strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and effective execution
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to organizational performance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and broader team
Identify and define key financial and operational metrics to track the success of learning and organizational effectiveness interventions
Establish robust data collection and reporting mechanisms to monitor these metrics over time
Develop operational models to forecast the potential benefits of proposed initiatives, to support investment decisions and prioritize efforts with the highest potential organization impact
Conduct rigorous ROI analysis on implemented initiatives to quantify their financial and organizational impact
Partner closely with key stakeholders to align on data, insights and, reporting methodologies, and the integration of OE metrics into broader strategic planning
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on strategic or financial analysis, ROI modeling, operational improvement, and organizational design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of strategic planning frameworks, organizational design principles, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and change management best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percenta
