Position: Midwest Non-Acute Construction Project Manager
Location: Advocate IL Non-Acute locations
Full Time; 1st shift
Essential Functions
- Manages Project Construction up to $2M and prioritizes 6 - 10 construction projects on a campus simultaneously.
- Assembles and organizes materials for requests and proposals.
- Coordinates contractor bid process and project buyout, approval and payment of invoices, contract costs and maintain project budget.
- Coordinates with the project team and prioritizes tasks with multiple team members on multiple projects and updates on eCATS.
- Oversees all contractors and tradesmen and coordinates local and state inspections.
- Plans and coordinates routine project construction meetings.
- Reviews design and construction drawing and specifications, confirms building codes
