Job Description
The Senior Executive Assistant position is a highly visible and strategic role, providing proactive administrative and operational support to Global Head of TBS at the highest organizational level. This role requires a seasoned professional with advanced administrative, project management, and strategic communication expertise to handle complex projects, initiatives, and daily responsibilities with precision and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and support for Global Head of TBS, taking full ownership of administrative, operational, and project-related tasks.
- Assist and provide strategic input during Leadership Team (LT) meetings, including synthesizing information, preparing materials, and proposing actionable insights.
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify potential challenges, offering innovative solutions for process optimization and implementation of new tools.
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
- Independently manage responsibilities within established best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Partner effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
- Demonstrate initiative and independent decision-making to support complex deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of organizational processes, systems, and procedures to execute responsibilities effectively.
- Providing support to the Business Support Team in daily basic activities (e.g. large meetings, events).
- Other assistant activities such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense management, onboarding and offboarding LT’s members.
Key Competencies & Skills Required
- Proven experience in advanced executive administrative support, including project management, analytical thinking, and strategic planning.
- Strong ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and exercise sound judgment under minimal supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders across global teams.
- Expertise in intercultural communication and relationship-building with a diplomatic and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
