Senior System Architect

We are growing our teams cross-functionally and across the globe.</p><p></p> <p>We are looking for a Systems Architect, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated system architectures that meet our business and technical requirements across multi- region. </p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Architectural Design:</strong> Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures utilizing microservices, integrations, plugins, and cloud solutions.</li> <li><strong>Microservices:</strong> Develop and manage microservices architectures to ensure modularity, scalability, and efficient resource utilization.</li> <li><strong>Integration and Plugins:</strong> Manage integrations and plugins solutions to ensure compatibility and optimal performance across different platforms and services.</li> <li><strong>Cloud Solutions:</strong> Architect cloud solutions that operate efficiently across multiple cloud environments, leveraging the best features of each.</li> <li><strong>Server-Client and Cloud Architecture:</strong> Design and oversee the implementation of server-client and cloud application architectures and communication protocols that ensure optimal performance, scalability, and user experience.</li> <li><strong>Platforms/OSs and Virtualization/Containerization:</strong> Utilize various platforms/OSs and manage virtualization and containerization technologies to enhance system efficiency and scalability.</li> <li><strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC):</strong>  Experience with IaC practices to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.</li> <li><strong>Cost Management:</strong> Optimize and manage costs associated with system architecture and cloud solutions.</li> <li><strong>Development Leadership:</strong> Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) that validate architectural decisions and demonstrate potential solutions.</li> <li><strong>Complex Systems Management:</strong> Apply experience with complex systems, akin to large-scale platforms like Facebook and Instagram, to handle high traffic, data processing, and real-time interactions.</li> <li><strong>Technical Leadership:</strong> Provide technical leadership and direction.  Ability to create POCs, ensuring best practices and standards are followed and align technical solutions with business goals..</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.</li> <li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving the architecture and recommending innovative solutions.</li> <li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with all stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years of experience in systems architecture, or proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems.</li> <li><strong>Skills:</strong> <ul> <li>Result driven, works cross-functionally to position and orchestrate a solution consisting of multiple products or large components.</li> <li>In-depth understanding of server-client and cloud application architectures including understanding of network technologies and underplaying communication protocols..</li> <li>Strong expertise in designing cloud solutions and cost management for system architecture.</li> <li>Experience building, architecting, designing, documenting and implementing distributed global cloud-based systems.  </li> <li>Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices is a plus.</li> <li>Proficiency in developing and managing microservices, integrations, plugins, network infrastructure and security.</li> <li>Proficiency with various platforms/OSs and virtualization/containerization technologies.</l
