Job DetailsJob Location: Fairfax - Fairfax, OK 74637Position Type: Regular Full-TimeDaily assistance with the preparation and delivery of home-delivered meals in Osage Nation delivery service area. Delivery routes begin each day at 9:00am. The Site Worker will maintain a sociable and friendly demeanor that boosts dialogue with the Elder Nutrition meal clients.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications


High School Diploma or GED
1 or more years of experience in a customer service-based setting
Intermediate proficiency in basic computer skills


General Qualifications


Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents Elder Nutrition and the Osage Nation Health System
Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics.
Requires a high level of problem solving skills
Must maintain confidentiality at all times
Requires good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pass drug/alcohol testing
