Then, we will look forward to receiving your application! </p> <p> </p> <p>Your responsibilities</p> <p> </p> <p><p>As a Senior Technical Manager Hydrogen - Asset Development you will;<br/>  <br/> •    Manage Uniper's interdisciplinary technical asset based projects, including the development and implementation of green, turquoise and blue hydrogen projects in Europe with a focus on Uniper's core countries (e.g. Sweden, Netherlands, UK)<br/> •    Development and implementation of interfaces to hydrogen derivatives (e.g. sustainable aviation fuels, methanol, ammonia) projects<br/> •    Steer technical project management from concept to final investment decision<br/> •    Coordinate technical and commercial contracts and co-operation with core equipment suppliers <br/> •    Support interfaces to stakeholders and customers with the business development team <br/> •    Manage international contractors with support of Uniper's growth engineering team<br/> •    Advise and support other Uniper units with regard to hydrogen and hydrogen derivatives<br/> •    Lead the development of H2 technical capabilities within Uniper as experts in electrolysis, pyrolysis and steam reforming technologies<br/> •    Be an internal / external key contact (product/technology manager) for green, blue hydrogen technology </p> <p><br/> Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure and our operations are covered by, among other things, rules related to protective security, export control and nuclear non-proliferation. We will therefore carry out security clearance of all positions and complement with register control for security classified positions, according to the Protection Security Act. Health and drug tests are performed if applicable.</p>   </p> <p>  </p> <p>Your profile</p> <p><br/> <p>Who we are seeking;<br/>  </p> <p>•    A person with significant professional experience (5-7 years) in the energy, power, chemical or plant engineering industry (e.g. project manager, technical lead)<br/> •    University degree in a relevant technical field, e.g. process engineering or electrical engineering<br/> •    Several years of expertise in actively developing and executing projects, preferably in industrial gases business, energy or process industry<br/> •    Experience in leading international, complex projects (track record) and interdisciplinary project teams<br/> •    Strong technical competence<br/> •    Professional command of English and Swedish <br/> •    Demonstrate a strategic understanding of energy market trends, relevant customer strategy requirements<br/> •    Conceptual and analytical thinking combined with the ability to prioritize from a holistic view<br/> •    Ability to work independently and under high pressure<br/> •    Personal credibility and ability to build working relationships across the Uniper Group<br/> •    Creative and open-minded individual with fresh mindset and communication skills<br/> •    Stakeholder management skills</p>   </p> <p> </p> <p>Your benefits </p>   Our employees are our most important asset.
