Your mission
You’ll help shape the next generation of Bitpanda’s products, influencing how millions invest, trade and interact with digital assets, all while pushing our tech stack forward and keeping us at the forefront of fintech.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship new features and components in React JS that feel frictionless to users
• Partner closely with product, design, backend, and QA to deliver smooth, high-quality experiences without the usual cross-team chaos.
• Drive and enforce modern coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
• Push innovation by exploring and introducing fresh tools, libraries, and approaches that keep us future-proof and fast.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, raising the bar across the team and helping shape the technical culture.
  
  

Who you are

• Deep knowledge of React, its ecosystem, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with state management, data synchronisation, performance tuning.
• Comfortable with Next.js, CSS-in-JS (Emotion, Styled Components), Radix UI, Redux, React Query, Vercel, Datadog etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL and how to integrate them cleanly into a frontend architecture.
• Strong foundation in HTML5 and CSS3, including modern styling approaches and component-driven UI development.
