The Research Program Management team is a proactive, strategic partner guiding research teams through continuous evolution to deliver a transformative research portfolio. As a Project Manager Intern, you will join a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to driving the success of research projects from early-stage discovery through IND submission. You will play a hands-on role in planning, executing, and monitoring project deliverables, timelines, and resources, while helping to foster a culture of transparency, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.
How You Will Contribute:
As a Project Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
Support the planning, execution, and delivery of specific research project milestones and objectives.
Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and task lists to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed to ensure project success.
Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders to drive accountability.
Facilitate effective communication between project team members and cross-functional partners.
Contribute to process improvements that streamline project workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
Help celebrate project achievements and foster a positive, inclusive team environment.

Job Requirements:
This position will be Hybrid (4 days/week in office) out of the Cambridge, MA location.
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
