We'll trust you to:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement an Inclusion recruiting strategies aligned with our company's mission
- Collaboration: Work with Recruiting Leaders, HRBPs, Philanthropy, legal, Inclusion, and business leaders to drive awareness and measure success of long-term inclusion pipelines
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with community leaders and champs to ensure transparency into all recruitment engagement and increase community participation in recruitment initiatives
- Recruitment Processes: Review and evolve current recruitment processes to ensure they are inclusive and unbiased. Oversee roll out of best inclusion practices for inclusive job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation across the entry enterprise
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruiting team, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes. This includes managing the recruitment pipeline, setting team goals, and monitoring performance to meet hiring targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
- Resource Allocation: Managing the allocation of resources, including budget and personnel, to ensure optimal performance and achievement of recruitment goals
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicating with key stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes ie RBPs, Department heads, Inclusion partners and BP’s
- Data and Reporting: Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives and make continuous improvements
You'll need to have:
- 10 + years of experience in recruiting and leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, a good network, and examples of influencing leadership
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative and successful recruiting strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
- Experience working with ATS
