Our project management, engineering, sales, and technical purchasing teams are located in our Plymouth, MI office fully supporting regional customers and providing local support for global projects. The production facilities in Florence, KY and Queretaro, MX manufacture and deliver products for the North American region.
Job Description
Overall support to the new electric vehicle OEMs and commercial vehicle customer team. Team members will help the candidate to learn sales and project management functions and activities in the automated driving and electrification space for both passenger and commercial vehicles.
- Commercial: quotes, transactions, price maintenance, volume tracking
- Project Management Process and Work Product completion
- Profit management activity
- Resource management and tracking
- Prototype management and coordination
- Continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate (Junior or Senior preferred) or graduate student, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Automotive Technology
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unofficial transcript required at time of application)
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner
- Structured problem solving methods
- Adept in MS Office Suite with high competency in Excel (Vlookup and Pivot)
- Must be able to work 20 - 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
- Strong computer skill in MS Excel/Word and Database processing
