About the role
- Leading and managing a team of 3, both professionally and disciplinary
- Ensuring smooth operations of all logistics processes (goods receipt and dispatch, packaging, shipping)
- Booking and checking goods movements, including their documents
- Removing goods from storage
- Ensuring storage and delivery capabilities
- Preparing, implementing and checking inventory
- Optimising internal warehouse processes
- Managing daily task allocation and staff scheduling
- Training and motivating warehouse team members
- Responsibility for order, cleanliness and compliance with legal regulations in the warehouse area
- Intrastat reports to the Federal Statistical Office
- Close cooperation with other departments such as sales, purchasing and the J-Sox team
- You have completed a commercial training in warehouse logistics
- You have several years of management experience in a comparable position in the field of warehouse logistics
- You have a valid forklift licence, especially for reach trucks
- You are business fluent in German
- You speak English fluently
- You are confident in using an ERP system and MS Office
- You are characterised by both assertiveness and empathy
- Your actions are always highly characterised by responsibility
