This is a part time seasonal role needing open availability for the 2024-2025 season during Nuggets and Avalanche games at Ball Arena.

The Role

Under the direction of the Premium Clubs Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service for dining service. The restaurant buffet attendant will ensure food, popcorn and candy is constantly being replenished in designated stations throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Premium Clubs Manager and Supervisor(s), the attendant is responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service for Avalanche and Nuggets games for our patrons experience.

• Must maintain friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Reports for scheduled event on time and reports to assigned area in timely fashion
• Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management including side work
• Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legends' service standards.
• Sets up, maintains, and breaks down for all functions.
• Is knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.
• Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services offered.
• Restocks all hot and cold food on the buffet line.
• Restocks all candy on the candy wall.
• Communicates with chef about any issues with food quality.
• Cleans assigned work stations at end of shift, and supports staff with closing.
• Abides by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment 
• Communicates with Supervisors and Management.
• Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium.
• Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Catering experience preferred; orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
• Must be able to work in a team
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
• Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision.
• Must be able to accept and carryout responsibility for directions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions. Able to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate with team members and guests.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
