Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or JD.
- 3 years of experience managing people or teams.
- Experience escalating and presenting key issues and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to manage technical and product concepts.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, structure agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with legal teams to sign and manage agreements.

In this role, you will lead a high-growth team, working with a portfolio of brands across multiple agencies holding companies/independents. You will collaborate with global internal and external partners.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including Google's Exchange Platforms products and agency activation campaigns.
- Lead an Agency Activation team that uses consultative media sales skills to understand brand needs and deliver solutions.
- Create and execute an annual business plan, keeping cross-functional stakeholders and leadership updated on an ongoing basis.
- Build relationships with key senior internal and external stakeholders, advising agencies on how to accelerate media spend across Exchange.
- Develop business rationale to support future team growth and hire new team members.
