<h3> <i aria-hidden="true"></i> General information </h3> Country Italy City Remote Location Job ID 46558 Department Infor Consulting Services <h3> <i aria-hidden="true"></i> Description &amp; Requirements </h3> <h3><span>The Senior Consultant is responsible for managing all phases of project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design to application configuration, testing, training, and successful adoption.</span></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Tackle complex issues requiring detailed analysis and evaluation of multiple factors.</li><li>Conduct business process assessments to identify client needs and ensure they are addressed within the project scope.</li><li>Design solutions that align client requirements with standard FSM application capabilities and best practices.</li><li>Configure and build solutions based on approved designs, using iterative prototypes and validation testing.</li><li>Plan and execute data conversion activities.</li><li>Perform comprehensive system testing to ensure quality and functionality.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting the Project Manager, technical teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Provide project management for implementations and SmartStream consulting, including knowledge transfer for existing customer installations.</li></ul><h3><br/></h3><h3><strong>Required Skills</strong></h3><ul><li>Proven experience in full life cycle implementations.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 50%.</li><li>Strong consulting background with external clients and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Capacity to learn and master new technologies quickly.</li><li>Technical knowledge of SmartStream (SQL, PowerBuilder, iSeries, etc.).</li><li>Fluency in Italian, French, and English.</li><li>Familiarity with older SmartStream versions and existing SmartStream customers.</li></ul><h3><br/></h3> <br/><strong>About Infor</strong><br/>Infor is where ambition meets impact.
