QA/QC Site Manager (Semi-Conductor)

Our <strong>97,000</strong> employees operate a network of <strong>2,650</strong>offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the team of Quality Assistant Representatives and Analytical Testers on site.</li><li>Develop and maintain quality and reliability objectives for the success of the project.</li><li>Represent the client’s interest in all quality related functions.</li><li>Oversee sub contractors’ work performance and support the subcontractors on any training issues.</li><li>Analyse and escalate quality issues from/with/to all stakeholders</li><li>Support client’s RFI process.</li><li>Make recommendations on field issues.</li><li>Provide daily project progress assessments.</li><li>Development and analysis of statistical data.</li><li>Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.</li><li>Identify barriers and root causes of quality issues and performance gaps.</li><li>Maintain and update customer and company reporting documents.</li><li>Comply with the company and client standard operating procedures and policies.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>10 years’ experience in a relevant field.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Confident communicator &amp; Good customer service skills.</li><li>Punctual, motivated, and organised self-starter who is enthusiastic and conscientious about completing work on time and to a high standard.</li><li>Demonstrate a positive approach to work and be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and maintain a tidy work area.</li><li>Must operate hand tools with confidence.</li></ul>
