This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

You are a skilled print designer with a passion for developing trends, concepts, materials, and techniques that are relevant to defining Tory Burch accessories (handbags & footwear). You’re highly creative and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and your expertise will elevate our brand and captivate our audience.

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is… atypical. As a Designer for Print, Pattern & Embellishment you might be doing market research, designing swatches and embellishments, creating factory-ready specs, or working on special projects. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team across design, merchandising, and product development who share your passion for excellence… and beautiful product!

To Land This Role:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Fashion, Textiles or Surface Pattern Design
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant related design experience
• Knowledge of technical embellishment & print design development techniques and commercialization
• Strong computer knowledge including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in PLM preferred
• Ability to hand sketch
• Strong design and conceptual skills; strong sense of style, color, and taste level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 90,000.00 USD - 102,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
