Deaconess IL Clinic Internal Medicine Physician

Outpatient Care (Clinic-Based) Provide comprehensive adult primary care in a well-established outpatient clinic. Collaborate closely with two experienced APPs to manage patient care. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and follow up as needed. Work clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Inpatient Care (Hospitalist) Serve as a hospitalist providing medical care to adult inpatients as part of a shared call or rotation schedule. Admit, diagnose, treat, and discharge patients from the affiliated hospital. Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and case management to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary rounds.
