<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop a 12 to 24-month phishing awareness strategy tailored to organizational specificities.</li><li>Conduct context and maturity analyses to guide strategic security initiatives.</li><li>Design a diverse catalog of phishing scenarios targeting various difficulty levels and audiences.</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders to implement multi-channel internal communication plans.</li><li>Establish KPIs and maturity indicators to monitor and report on security awareness progress.</li><li>Execute end-to-end phishing campaigns from configuration to results analysis.</li><li>Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure internal autonomy in managing future campaigns.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>You bring 8+ years of expertise in <strong>Cyber Security</strong> and <strong>ISO27001</strong>.</li><li>You have 8+ years of experience in <strong>Change Management</strong> and organizational awareness programs.</li><li>You possess advanced knowledge of <strong>Microsoft Defender</strong> and <strong>Exchange Online</strong>.</li><li>You're highly skilled in <strong>Analytics</strong> and performance tracking.</li><li>You possess excellent synthesis, communication, and solution-oriented analytical skills.</li><li>You are fluent in <strong>French</strong> or <strong>Dutch.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in <strong>English</strong>.</li></ul>
