Job Location: Cimarron Casino - Perkins, OK 74059SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting the Table Games Supervisor in ensuring that all activities in the Table Games Department are performed accurately and efficiently in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and internal control standards. The Table Games Dealer is responsible for providing quality Table Games Department service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner while displaying a high level of customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Retains expert-level knowledge of all Table Games, their official rules of play, and all forms of cheating at play and advantage play in the Table Games environment.
- Deals all Table Games on assigned shift and ensures that they are operated in a cost effective and profitable manner.
- Observes game and players on assigned shift to ensure accuracy and integrity of the game.
- Exercises strict control over Table Games cards and equipment at all times.
- Pays wins and collects losses from Guests.
- Ensures that all Table Games move at an appropriate pace.
- Brings complaints and disputes regarding house rules and Table Games policies to the attention of the Table Games Supervisor.
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, and TICS (Tribal Internal Control Standards).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Table Games Dealer experience preferred. High School diploma (or GED) and 1 year of general work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess excellent communication skills and effective public speaking skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
