Here's what you will do:

• Perform activities of client’s daily living and provide companionship for our elderly clients in their homes.
• Personal hygiene including but not limited to bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed.
• Responsible for meal planning and preparation.
• Drive client to appointments
• Help with medication as required

Here’s what we require of you:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
• Pass drug test, criminal background and professional reference checks
• Minimum 1 year of elderly/frail population experience preferred
• Previous home care experience
• Experience working with Alzheimer's or Dementia preferred
• Certification not required but preferred
