We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Production Team Member to join our team. As a Production Team Member you will perform physical tasks on the production line such as loading and unloading materials, assembling components, and packaging finished products. Requirements

What you'll do:

• Perform physical tasks on the production line such as loading and unloading materials, assembling components, and packaging finished products.
• Operate and maintain production equipment while following safety guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow standards operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding and issues or concerns. 

Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, overtime, and holidays if required.

Preferred experience:

While we are willing to train the right candidate with no experience, the following skills and experience are preferred in the truck body building industry:

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with operating production equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a production setting.
• Understanding of quality control and assurance processes.
• Experience working in a fast paced and deadline drive environment.
• Forklift operation certification is a plus. 
• Bilingual plus.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very

active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The

employee most frequently lifts and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job

include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth 69 and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Environment:

•  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. 
•  Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
•  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
