Task requirements  

• Commitment requirement: 30-50 Reserve Service Days per year.
• Platoon Command Management. Planning and conduct of training in a Company context.
• Capacity to achieve IEng with IMechE, IET, SOE, or RAES.
• Responsible to the OC 159 Coy

Essential competencies  

• Technical Degree or commensurate experience
• REME Phase 2 or commensurate experience
• JOTAC, LEOC, or other Service equivalent

Desirable competencies  

• JCSC(L), JCSC(LR), or other Service equivalent
• Reserve experience

Selection Process  

• Appointment Board.
• Review of previous Appraisal Reports and application proforma.
