Position Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $57,283 – $91,674

We are seeking an LPN to serve as a Nurse Account Manager for our long-term care partners. This is a field-based role that includes visiting communities, building relationships with staff and families, and collaborating with internal teams to support excellent customer service. A company vehicle is provided.

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license

  • LTC experience preferred

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and occasional public speaking

  • Local travel required

  • Salesforce experience preferred

The Nurse Account Manager proactively identifies and meets the needs of potential and current clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and drive retention.  Responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship with all clients by serving as the primary contact on issue resolution, providing clinical and regulatory expertise and conducting client staff training.

     Essential job functions (include the following):

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts, understanding client present needs, pain points and future needs. Proactively collaborate with client to provide support and deliver solutions ensuring quality care.
  • Work directly with pharmacy operations to address and resolve all service-related issues in a timely manner.  Manage client expectations and communicate status and relevant updates through issue resolution.
  • Develop strong working relationships and build trust with clients by consistently delivering exceptional service, support and expertise.
  • Serve as liaison/quality assurance point of contact during new client onboarding process ensuring seamless and error free service.  Assist in onboarding activities such as data collection and eMAR support.
  • Conduct on-site in-services and clinical education programs to client staff regarding survey process, medication administration, risk management, and performance improvement
  • Provides nurse consulting services including vaccine clinics, quality assurance aud
